EASA Europe, Asia & Africa Chapter is organising a member-exclusive, 2-Day High-Level seminar designed by EASA members and for EASA members, focused on enhancing workshop management and performance through peer-to-peer learning. This unique seminar is not a lecture-based event, but an interactive learning workshop facilitated by recognised experts in Lean Manufacturing, built around open exchange, reflection, and practical application.
With experts from Virtual Manufacturing facilitation, through a combination of host presentations, facility visits, Lean-focused sessions, and peer-to-peer discussions, participants identify concrete improvement opportunities by exploring how, where and what can be optimised in their workshop guided by lean principles and best practices.
Each attendee will leave with an Individual Improvement Plan, a focused roadmap to implement and measure improvements within their own operations.
