EASA E&W Chapter is organizing a 2-Day High Level Workshop between peers with the aim to understand how, where, what, they can improve in their workshop management and performances.
The workshop will be hosted at Sulzer Birmingham Service Center.

The Workshop Management Days will be facilitated by Experts in Lean & workshop layouts from Flowit in Norway and Virtual in Sweden:

• Describe current conditions of what you want to improve
• a visit of the workshop will follow
